Letter for Heart Attack Exchange 2021

Hello, dear creator! I am excited (and somewhat anxious) to participate in this exchange and am grateful that you've thought of creating something for my prompts. Note: you can write in Russian, if you want, I am fluent in the language.
General info:
General DNW:
any modern or generic AUs - specifically adjusted for pairings where there's no common canon or for original works, see below or in the exchange box!
eye injuries described in any detail;
unconsentual infidelity in any poly ships - if a canonical ship has to broke up, I'd prefer they never got romantically involved;

drugs outside of sex pollen situation;
character bashing (as in unreasonable hating without any reason spelled out - if you see a character able to bash another, warn for it and keep it as out of the author's speech as possible)
major character death (stopping before a canonical death is fine, as well as mentioning a canonical character death - although I'd grateful if you tag for it!);

Star Wars doesn’t really need an introduction or explanation – although for this exchange I'd opted just for Clone Wars subfandom. I have participated in Star Wars exchanges, so any prompts from former letters are great to go still (this whole account is for exchanges), but my usual favorites are any time travel shenanigans, Force-usage swap (say, Padmé and Tarkin are the Jedi, Obi-Wan is a Senator and Anakin managed to be an ex-governor turned admiral?) or Force-alignment swap – Jedi turning Siththat thing.

The reason why this is in generic tag instead of Hetalia or Countryballs is that I don't really want to limit the way cities and countries can be anthoropomorphed. Ghosts? Entities that change according to the changes their population is going through? Physical children of earlier wandering groups of people? Immortal people chosen somehow?
Or just something from the list of likes above (how would a daemon of a city look?)!
Note: I'm all for gender fluid personifications, but in Russian names/patronymics/surnames are gendered, and I won't be able to forget it (that's more of a squick, and there are gender neutral surnames, usually foreign in origin, so that's not a DNW per se).

anything set within a modern conflict or in any modern revolutions/rebellions (anything starting from October Revolution is modern, the Bloody Sunday and the rest of 1905/06 is on thin ice)

For original ships I’d prefer generic XVII-XIX century if historical and fantasy akin to Discworld or Witcher if not (as in – magic more prevalent than gunpowder, actions have consequences, humans are humans and therefore are allowed to be nasty modern utilities can exist but as a magical or less technological thing, etc.). Generals can be any gender, although fem or slash is more preferable than het for this pairing.
Any fantasy races are welcome (preferably with tags), and yes, Alpha Emperor/His Omega Brother/His Brother's Alpha Wife (OW) hints at incest ;)

Russia/Romanov and Russia & Romanov would be fun (picking Nicholas I is an easy win, but anyone would be welcome). Same rules as to personifications apply - anything goes, although mind the names, and have fun with it. Is the ruler the only one who can see/touch the country? Or does the country manipulate them? In a case of change of power, whom does the country choose? Did Elizabeth Petrovna get the throne because Russia themselves favoured her? Does Russia have a specific connection to their ruler? Do any of other countries have similar arrangements? and so on
As for Mr Drumknott and Ms Lemon - full crossover with one living and working in the world of another, some kind of interworld union of private secretaries (feel free to add other characters who fit the bill!) or just meeting for a cup of tea and a chat - I feel like they'll have enough to talk about!
